We offer training courses in partnership with employers to support recruitment and fill skills gaps in the workplace or industry.

Bespoke Employer Led Programmes (BELPs)

A BELP will boost knowledge and cover skills training to achieve a qualification. Plus, you will gain industry insights from guest speakers and often receive a guaranteed job interview on completion of the programme.

Pathways to Employment

Our Pathways to Employment programmes support eligible adults aged 19+ who are unemployed, looking to retrain, upskill or change careers. Designed around real industry needs programmes to equip learners with sector specific knowledge, essential skills and the practical work-ready experience needed to secure sustainable employment or progress within employment.
