Judith Myers is an experienced leader in Sixth Form and Further Education, specialising in strategic improvement, curriculum, pastoral and teaching excellence. She has delivered outstanding outcomes and strong learner progression, with expertise in evidence‑informed practice, quality assurance, and staff development.

Judith currently serves as Deputy Head of Sixth Form and Strategic Lead for Innersummit at the Etc., where she oversees major improvement initiatives and budget responsibilities. As a Staff Governor, she contributes to strategic planning and is committed to raising aspirations, strengthening outcomes, and fostering collaborative learning communities.
